For my franchise I chose Interim Health Care. It was the first health care company in America. It is also a very successful franchise. In order to be successful people need to be able to trust their health care services. This type of health care is for senior citizens. The total investment is $50,000 to $100,000 and the required capital to invest is $90,000. Owning a health care franchise comes with many strengths. A strength is that all staff members are experienced and are well trained for the job. This makes it really easy for customers to trust this franchise. Having a bad staff will definitely effect their reputation. Another strength is that Interim has been around since 1966. They have been in business for over forty years and that looks really good to customers. There are more then three hundred independently owned franchises. The more business the company is getting the bigger and bigger they will get. Their independent franchisees employ more than 75,000 health care workers and provide nurses, therapists, aides and health care personnel to around 50,000 people each day. The nurses focus on non medical assistance and skilled nursing. This is really important because they care for people with out medical needs and with medical needs. Every review for Interim that I saw was good. This would be a great job to have because you make a good income and you are getting the chance to help people.
This is a good job to pursue because it is a very successful company and can really help people out. Health care is so important now a days. People are either struggling with out it or struggling with bad health insurance. You rarely find companies that you can really trust. Being so well known will help pull in future customers. Having a good reputation will also pursued people into choosing Interim Health Care.
The franchise that you picked was a really good one. I agree with a lot of what you wrote down. when you said "in order to be successful people need to be able to trust their health care services" I totally agree with this because if you do not trust a health insurance company then they will not be successful at all. I have never heard of this health insurance company before but to me it sounds like a good one.
