Coca-Cola is one of the highest respected products on earth.  The outstanding marketing surrounding the product fulfills every expectation.  From country to country Coca-Cola has been a huge seller for many years.  Infact, Coca-Cola has been sold in over 206 countries.  There are many key aspects to why it has been so successful.  For one, the marketing team has done a superb job since the invention of coke.  They have used the best marketing techniques for years and have built an empire that may never be brought down.  They used techniques like promoting their product through icons.  For example, in the movie they show the one and only, Beatles holding their product.  Who would not want to replicate the Beatles?  One of the bottom line rules they portray is that success is directly related on the influence the product has on a culture.  It is very clear that Coca-Cola has had a pretty influential push on America.  Another way of promoting was through the reminder of good times.  If you product is portrayed through good times people will think more positively about your product.  This company has been so successful that 100 millions of gallons are consumed each and every day.  Just like the book says, Coca-Cola has used almost every marketing tool possible including complementary goods.  Coca-Cola will produce signs with hotdogs and a coke.  This gets people to buy more of their product every time they go get another good.  People by things on impulse and pure attraction.  Coca-Cola has done an unbelievably good job portraying there product with pure attraction in stores.  People can’t help but by a can due to pure impulse, and social standards.  So many people drink their product it simply influences more and more consumers.    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1NnyE6DDnQ
This video uses comical and pure attraction as extremely successful and effective techniques.  It can be presented to any age group and has a sense of remembrance.
